A beautifully crafted Signature Cut Card honouring Frank Fredrickson, an Olympic gold medalist and Hockey Hall of Fame centre who starred for the Victoria Cougars. Fredrickson captained Victoria to the 1925 Stanley Cup, the last championship won by a non-NHL team, before playing 161 NHL games. He passed away May 28, 1979.
